Prior to meeting with John, we had shopped around and visited many different builders always leaving feeling confused and frustrated. Constanly being fed “hook” prices to get us in the door and finding out that to fully complete the home was considerably more expensive then once told. However, after speaking with John, we felt at ease. We knew what we could expect without  any hidden costs. John quoting was very detailed nothing was left out, which gave us the reassurance that the quoted price was exactly what was expected to pay with no hidden costs. John was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the minute he received my first call, to conducting the thorough quote and then completing the job whilst I was away on business travel.
